Hi, I'm Stacey!
I’m a certified personal trainer, Tai Chi instructor, and nutrition coach—but most importantly, I’m a wife, mom of two, and fellow midlife woman learning to embrace the changes that come with this beautiful new season.
Welcome.
Like many of you, I’ve spent years pouring into my family, faith, and community. Now that my kids are grown and carving their own paths, I’ve been learning how to care for me again—body, mind, and spirit—so I can keep showing up strong for the people I love.
My passion is helping women simplify health and fitness in a way that feels non-intimidating, supportive, and achievable. I believe in small, progressive steps that create lasting change. Because let’s be honest—life can get busy and unpredictable, and trying to do it all perfectly just isn’t realistic.
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a registered nurse and later put my career on hold to homeschool my children. During that season, I began to notice how much women needed encouragement and support outside the doctor’s office—someone to walk alongside them as they tried to find balance, energy, and peace in their everyday routines.
That’s what inspired me to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach. My mission is to offer hope, motivation, and practical tools to help you create sustainable, healthy habits—without extreme diets or punishing workouts.
For me, staying active, managing stress, and fueling my body well are the keys to balance. I love being outdoors, running, practicing karate, and joining my family in their adventures. (Fun fact: I started karate at 39 and earned my black belt at 44—proof that it’s never too late to start something new!)
If you’re ready to take small, meaningful steps toward a healthier, more vibrant you—I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Are you ready to take the next step toward a healthy lifestyle?
If you need support along your health journey, I'd love to chat and see if I could provide the resources and accountability that would be right for you.
